Bcoz normally good guy money is hard earning money so they would not share with anyone easily, but bad guy is different they earn through other ppl sweat, so would they mind anyway if the price they have to pay can buy other ppl soul.
I'll give $$$ but i'm not buying or paying, the money i give is to support and help someone that are close to us... remember our parent do not pay us when they give us a money, they support us.
