Dilemma

Perfume or Primer?

I want to buy a bottle of perfume.I don't know why.Just feel like owning one.But since i am into photography,primer is something that i should invest in also (if only the camera was mine or if only it was Canon,then i won't mind spending $$$ on it).

So..which should i spend $$$ on?

*High possibility of me not even getting both since i don't know which to get*

No time

Since class started till now,i haven't had a day off where there is nothing for me to do especially when i am back at home.So,you can guess..the book is a little (or maybe more than that) neglected.

I think i am to be blamed partially cos everything that comes has a higher priority than studying.If i am more determined,then i would have done at least a little.I will start from tonight (hopefully).

Partially it is not my fault because those are really more important..such as making the invitation cards,getting CNY clothes,buying presents,bathing the dogs,cleaning the cars and etc...If i were to wait,then they won't ever be done or i will be too late for them.

My current interest in photography is also distracting me.Evenings,if i am free,i will try to play with the camera or i will surf the net to see if there is anything interesting for me to read up on it.

Besides that,there is my dance class and also a book which i am still reading (never ending because it is a little boring and i am always so tired and sleepy when i get to the book).

AND...there is karaoke-ing at home and mahjong-ing,both of which i am still in the learning process.

So many things..how not to be busy right?

Funny discussions

Was having dinner at my aunt's house with cousin and sis,when this question came into our minds.How do mosquitoes die?

My instant answer was...us human smacking it.

Then,they said no,naturally..how?

My cousin came out with this.Mosquitoes die when the suck too much blood.They get too fat,can't fly then they die.

My sis's answer was they die after laying eggs.The funny thing my cousin replied was 'Then how do the baby mosquitoes drink milk?' Cousin oh cousin..since when baby mosquitoes drink milk?

And this discussion went on and on..from us to the maids and then to another cousin.

Baby photos

My previous baby photos were taken with lights on but the effect was not nice.The photos turned out too dark and not sharp.So,was told to use natural lighting and that's what i did today.

Are they better compared to the ones before?I am still in the process of trying to get the perfect shot.

Fried rice

This morning,i decided to wake up early,follow mummy to the market and then,prepare lunch.Was suppose to cook a soup and prawns,but because was in a hurry so changed it to fried rice.

These are the ingredients for the fried rice..

Looks okay?I am still new at cooking.Will try to learn to cook more food but not sure how long i will last before giving up.It is so tiring to cook and the worst is,after cooking,i lose the appetite to eat.Anyway,today's fried rice needs a little more salt or soya sauce.Other than that,it was okay.

PS: To somebody who keeps asking me to learn cooking,are you happy that i am learning now? =P

Bored

OMG! I haven't been this bored for a long time.Before this it was,studying and studying then it was holiday and lastly catching up with everyone.Suddenly now,there is NOTHING for me to do.

I SO NEED to take the camera with me everywhere i go so that at least i have SOMETHING to do.Have to remember that when i come back to Penang next week.

Happy New Year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Think i am a little too late to wish.Was a little busy and tired.

New year resolution?Um..no time for me to sit and think what they will be.Will make them as the time goes.

Did i tell you that my parents just got a new camera?Well,if i didn't then,ya,they just did.We were using a compact and now,upgrade to DSLR.So,i am currently busy shooting anything that looks nice and trying out the settings to improve on my photography.I always thought that taking photos is easy,but then..now i realised that there are more to it then just the 'click'.Adjusting the settings,getting the composure right,stable hands and further processing.Luckily i have someone to guide me and to comment on my photos (Thanks Sifu).So,it is easier and faster to improve i think compared to learning them myself.

After the trip

From the day i arrived in Penang,until now..it has been nonstop activities.I couldn't even find an hour to nap in the afternoon.

1. Unpacking and sorting out things.There were all the stuff brought there and the stuff bought from there.Was really tedious.And since i was creating a mess in my room,decided to clean it as well.When the room is done,the house looks like it needs a little cleaning too.So,that's what i did but it on different days of course.

2. After the house looks nice..it was the car which needed a clean and vacuum.Been ages since i last did it cos was busy with exams and then holiday.

3. Transferring photos taken from the trip.Took a really long time as there were so MANY photos.And then there was the deleting,resizing and uploading.Because there was such a long procedure,i only uploaded a few photos.

4. Met up with two of my music teachers and had lunch.Then,it was photography outing to the paddy field and then at home.Learned a few things and trying to 'play' with them.

5. Hang out with friends on Christmas Eve..at the Telekom Tower and then at AS Mall.

6. Went to aunt's house on Christmas day and then back to grandmother's house for the night.

7. Did a lot of shopping and packing for bro.Missing him..

8. Again went back to my grandmother's house for my cousin's birthday.But it was just a day trip.

8. Visit from my friend.Wanted to show him around AS but nothing much to see.So,think he got kind of bored.Sorry for that... (And i was late for the sunrise!)

This is what i have been doing for the last few days before new year.What i will be doing before my lectures start is to...SLEEP!Needing it badly...
