Diet?

This is what i think and experienced..

I think the best was to diet is to not wait till you are hungry to eat.In the moment of hunger,everything seems nice and not enough to satisfy your hunger.You will tend to buy or eat more.In the end,you will realised that you have consumed more than what you usually do.

So,don't wait till you are starving before you eat.Try to eat at the same time.

When?

When is the right time for me to study?
When is it that i will have full concentration?

Right after i open my eyes?
After doing other chores?
After enjoying myself?
After taking a nap?
When someone is sitting in front of me waiting for me to finish studying?
Just before i go to sleep?

Or is there never a right time?

Studying

Studying can really be stressful.
Especially about something that you don't like or understand.

I really hate bonds and shares.
Redeemable and irredeemable.
Deep discount bonds and zero coupon bonds.
Convertible loan notes.
Nominal value,market price,issue price.
Gives me a headache,
but i need to understand it.

Why is it that i am so sensitive these days?
Up,up,up and suddenly down,down,down.
Am i on a roller coaster ride?

Something is just not right,
but i can't figure out what.
Is it because of that?
Is it because of this?
If only i knew the answer.

Not liking it

Hate the feeling i am having right now.
Why must you come?
Can't you go away and leave me alone?

I need to concentrate on studying.
Stay focus like how i did the whole day.
STOP thinking of what i should not think.

Panda 2

Latest addition to my panda collection..

As you all know,i went to Shanghai for holidays last December.Shanghai is in China so of course i expect to get lots of PANDA items and especially get to see one real one.Unfortunately,no real panda but i did get a few panda items.


Was out with my coursemates when i saw this toothbrush holder.Has been wanting to get but then always ended up deciding not to.That day was in the panda mood,and couldn't resist it anymore.


This is another time when i was out with sis.She was getting her hp protector done so we were looking at the phone straps available..and she saw this.Couldn't resist myself from getting it cos it is TOO NICE.And the panda looks cute and nice (sometimes there are shops selling panda which looks cacat).


Who wants the other panda?I will give on one condition...I get another panda item in return.Hehe!
